Come enjoy dinner and a conversation among parents on September 25th from 5:30–7:30pm hosted by Crossroads Youth Center and led by Dr. Steven Argue.
Parenting is not for the faint of heart. It’s courageous, gut wrenching, beautiful, death-defying, and life-giving. And, when it comes to parenting teenagers and young adults, it can also be mind boggling! Every generation faces its challenges, and we can all agree that our kids have had their fair share, from pandemic complications to mental health struggles.
The good news is that when your kids grow up, it doesn’t mean that you have to grow apart. Those questions you have, well, you aren’t the only one asking them. It's never too early and it's never too late to be the parent your child needs.
What’s the point? - To equip parents like yourself to flourish in your parenting and to connect parents together who are experiencing similar joys and challenges.
Who’s it for? - Parents of teenagers, young adults, and whose children are only approaching their teen years. Faith or no faith, this night will benefit you!
Does it cost anything? - No, the last two years have been taxing enough!
Will there be childcare? - Yes. Childcare providers will be available for all ages and we will feed them too!
